At the beginning of the project, we produce a schedule with the budget. Then each Monday, we update it with any changes in the scope of work (caused by us or the customer) and highlight the impacts to the schedule and budget. This helps us manage your expectations throughout the life of the project. Please refer to the 'Project Management' page to see an example.
